Hi my name is Rachel Molina from the Philippines, I'm a BS Nursing graduate and I'm also RN, I started to work as a Caregiver year 2014 up to present, I took care of my clients that I handle with care, respect and dignity and I gave my strength and concern to all my clients.

I am punctual, very compassionate about what I do for people who have lost some independence from a life event. Compassion for the family involved to help lessen the burden. I like to tell stories that help the family get to know who I am and I love to hear stories from them as well. I have made Caregiving my Career and take it seriously to become highly regarded and recommended. I enjoy helping the patient and their families keep their lifestyles they have without interruption. I like seeing results so with that being said, I had achieved my series 6 & 63 license (which was a challenge for me) and was proud to present products that would get higher interest with low risk. I also did debt settlements and was happy to negotiate the lowest rate for my clients to settle. I work hard and with compassion whether your my customer, patient, friend or family member because I believe everyone needs help sometimes and I look past any obstacles getting it done.

What makes me a great caregiver is my genuinely love to help and be there. I don't work this field for a paycheck. I love working this field because its who I am. What attracted me to this position as a caregiver was my grandmother. I have always taken care of her and it always made her happy. I never treated her or any of my patients as work. I genuinely loved them all and cared and treated them and looked at them as my extended family. My personality traits are huge personality, very silly when around loved ones or anytime someone is down. I can always make someone who's down smile. I have a very huge heart. I enjoy everything about being a caregiver. Each day of just knowing I've helped someone with each day in there life to make it easier any way that I can is the best feeling. Knowing that I made someone smile and i can help someone in the way is needed without feeling like they cant do it is the best feeling.

Thank you for taking the time to review my profile! I will start off by saying I've always had a heart [?]for the Elderly. My desire had started when I worked at Davita Dialysis clinic. For 2 years. I can honestly say you need to have compassion and empathy for these patients who enduring such critical treatment for their life. Its not something they looked forward too. Who wants to get stuck with 2 big needles , and sit in a chair for 2-4 hours 3 days a week. ?Nobody! I believe for most of our patients , what they did look forward to was seeing their PCT's who cared for them. I tried my best to bring a smile to their face, everyday make them laugh, give them hope, encourage them, let them know that I cared for each of my patients. If they allowed me , I prayed for them too. Last year I explored the in home caregiving field , a close friend of mine needed someone so desperately care for her grandmawmaw. To know that your not only helping that patient , you are also help that family. She was told she wouldn't be able to walk after for 4 months after her accident. I had her walking in 3 weeks! Being consistent and with her persistence doing our physical therapy exersizes everyday .My job duties were to cook her 3 meals a day, shop for her, light cleaning, campanionship, we read the bible, read our daily devotionals, she loved to sing worship songs and get her make up and lashes done by me. My other passions and jobs are Professionsl makeup Artistry and singer. We enjoyed eachother so much. I worked with her for 6 months. I was sad they had to let me go. They did not need my care any longer. But I gained so much experience. Before you make your decision in choosing your caregiver for your loved one I will end with this... I am a caregiver with more than 10 years of experience. I have had experience working for clients that suffer from Dementia, Alzheimers, Parkinson's, Stroke and Bedridden. Assisting them in their activities of daily living. I try to give the best of me to all of my patients with love, patience and care.

Im friendly, trustworthy, dependable and experienced Filipino caregiver since 2004. Home Care Aide Registered . English and Tagalog speaker. CNA and California Certified Medical assistant but licensed are expired in 2011, due to previous medical surgery. I worked with other agencies before. I'm very open to doing new things, I love to help others and having fun. A few things that attached me to becoming a caregiver was this amazing lady I used to care for back when I was still in highschool, it wasn't a job I wasn't getting paid for it but I loved caring for her and making sure she felt safe, after that bond and experience, I wanted to continue with this line of work.
