I am a caregiver with more than 10 years of experience, I chose to become a senior caregiver is because it comes naturally to the family. I like this field because I am known for my sensitivity, my giving nature and my nurturing desire to help those who need help. l like being a caregiver because it is the most rewarding thing I can do and my passion is to put others first. Personal Achievement that I am really proud of is that I can care for seniors that need my help. Somethings that make me a great caregiver is that I am a cheerful person, very honest, reliable, hard working person and very eager to excel in everything I do.

I've been a caregiver all my life. I grew up with my grandmother since I was a little girl. I have learned to be patient and understanding when caring for my clients. The greatest reward I've experienced being a caregiver is always making my clients satisfied of my service that they look forward to seeing me again.

I am energetic and very social. I know that my compassion will make me a great caregiver because I believe that caregiving is not only about working for the person but making them feel safe and loved. What attracted me to be a caregiver was seeing my kind hearted mom help the elderly as a CNA. She does it with so much joy and that has inspired me. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is that I can get to know my patient and their story and inherit their life experience, stories, and wisdom. A personal achievement that I am proud of is when my patient and I formed a wonderful bond. My patient felt like a grandfather to me, and until his passing we enjoyed life together. He taught me about his love life, his single life, and about his love for sweets. I am truly honored to be given the opportunity to meet amazing people and help them.

I'm a very kind personality and down to earth, have soft voices and loving person, I'started taking care my parent for 10 yrs around 2000 until they both passed in2010 then i decided to reach out to other elderly and families who need help with their parents and loved one.

Im a hard working person and I can learn new responsibility a bit faster. I have a lot of patience in handling clients.

I care about people and go the extra step to make a difference in one's life. I am compassionate, trustworthy, reliable, flexible and work effectively with people. I have a good eye for detail, well organized and skilled setting priorities. I have good communication skills and provide positive, productive environment. Experience has given me the opportunity to go into homes and make people feel comfortable knowing they can count on me and be their friend. My background has also provided being a personal assistant. My creativity has provided me to be multi task and overall, I am a good, honest and nurturing person. I have always had the attitude to treat people with respect and give my best.

I am a good listener, I also like to engage in conversation, I am very punctual. I like to hear peoples stories and look at family photos (past, present and future). I am patient and have a kind and loving heart. I like to advocate on behalf of my client when I see a need too; allowing space and time to build a healthy relationship and a bond of trustworthiness.. What attracted me to this work are those family members and loved one's whom I love dearly, faced with their own mental, emotional, physical and psychological challenges. Being able to lend my support to them in one way or another I found to be very fulfilling. I have always found a pleasant sense of joy in the ability of giving back to others who are in need of my services.. There are many hurdles one must strive to overcome in this game of life no one is exempt. I can honestly say that I have learned many lessons, and in the process received just as many blessings. From a place of love and kindness I can give to others.. That's what care giving is suppose to do, give love to life...

Why a caregiver it has always been in the family the nourishment and ability to help each other. I enjoy how my clients share their life history it means we have bonded in a personal way he or she is willing to give information that is usually meant for their family. Personal achievement to be proud of there are many I am proud of overcome any difficulties life put on our path. Life is a rollercoaster we all have difficulties that is the ride going up, we have our scary moments those are the turns/twists on a ride and the fun is the flat area toward the end when everything seems to be going our way.

I genuinely care about people, have an outgoing personality, love helping people. I'm also trustworthy, reliable and honest. I create recipes and cook meals for my clients, drive clients to appointments, parks, grocery shopping. Also, I provide genuine and caring support and companionship for my clients while keeping them safe. What attracted me, is seeing how elderly people don't get a lot of support and attention from their family in some cases. Also, all they want and need is to know that they are loved and valued. I like to bring light to their world when it may seem like they don't have it. It's very rewarding for me to know that I did something to bring the people I care for joy and good energy. And seeing them laugh and smile makes me smile. Proud of the fact that years later, I still get calls from clients family members requesting my services for other family members or friends, or just to say hello. For my services, rates are as follow: $50.00 per hour Note: If driving for more than 30 minutes, add $5 to hourly rate. If crossing bridges, add $10 to hourly rate. If weekends are requested, add $ 10 to hourly rate. If requested for driving clients to appointments, add $10 to hourly rate.
