I grew up helping seniors I knew and have always loved doing so. I love being needed and feeling like I am making their life better, happier, healthier. I am an empathic soul and have compassion for people hurting or needing help. As I know, illness and aging is apart of life, if I can help to bring a caring, and comforting helping hand, I feel I'm doing something that is meaningfull.That brings me joy. I know GOD is using me in a beautiful way. I do my best to follow instructions given and make sure my clients needs are met. I stay focused on the job I'm doing. I'm adaptable . I am respectful and have taken classes that make me a better caregiver on how to manage people with dementia. I am a certified/licensed caregiver with the State of California and have had a background check which is required for your protection by the State. I have taken continuing education classes. 5 This year that were CNA related training and passed them. My personal achievements that I am proud of are my certifications within and around natural holistic modalities as Reiki, acuppressure ,aromatherapy,quantum frequency healing and behavioral health/ depression /panic attacks.

To be a caregiver is all I've ever wanted to do, I feel like I was born to be a caregiver. And I really love to communicate with elders. I can learn more life experience from them. Also I will be happy when I have the ability to bring some comfort to the elderly, that's so wonderful to see the smile on their face.

My main focus of care for elderly is giving them the attention and love through the care I give them. Their well being is my priority. I am quite adaptable to any environment and because of that I'd like to think I am very friendly. I understand that not everyone is the same so I tend to approach each individual with an open mindset. This is also why I enjoy caregiving because I get to learn from them about life experiences and as they share their wisdoms. What attracted me to becoming a caregiver is that I enjoy working with people, and trying to make a difference in there lives. What I enjoy most about doing in home care most is knowing that I have made someone have a better day.

I have been a caregiver for over 20 years, I became a caregiver because I did not have a chance to take care of my own mom/dad, so I see my parents in every person I take care of. I have worked as a Private caregiver, and also in an Assited Living setting and thru agencies, I have encounter different clientele, and learned a lot from different cultures.
