Hi my name is Rachel Molina from the Philippines, I'm a BS Nursing graduate and I'm also RN, I started to work as a Caregiver year 2014 up to present, I took care of my clients that I handle with care, respect and dignity and I gave my strength and concern to all my clients.

I'm responsible, reliable, good listener , loving ,caring person and most of all patience. My experience in hospitality industry lead me to this work, where I was able to help and volunteer to a group of seniors who come and eat in our restaurant. The part I enjoy most is listening to their story especially if their trying hard to remember and try to help them through it. Personal achievement that I'm proud of is that I m able to use my experience to the most people who need it.

I'm Tonnisha I been a caregiver for 10 years what made me want to be a caregiver was my grandma I took care of her from there in 2010 I had gotten a job at a nursing home then I had gotten another job being a caregiver going to there home. I became a caregiver in August 2009 for my father, Brian. After a series of tests my father was diagnosed with early - stage of cancer. I have always taken care of my father because my mother was never around to provide support to the family. His condition is still in the early stages, but I am worried about the future. This situation brought my father and I closer. His condition has made me realize that this is career move that I wanted to peruse. I am not a caregiver by career but by choice. I am a caregiver that truly cares about helping others and want to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. I am caring, punctual, respectful, outgoing, honest, patient, professional and organized.

I am currently RCFE certified with a 7 years experience as a health care provider. (Certified with California Department of Social Services) My experience includes work with elderly suffering from Parkinson's, dementia, Alzheimer's, sleep apnea, restless feet syndrome, anxiety, ALS, mental heath, individuals with co occurring mental illness such as bipolar, depression, schizophrenia just to mention a few. My education and work experience demonstrate my commitment to quality and empathetic care. My priorities are to educate with a view to enhancing the quality of care and the standard of living. To promote my clients safety, dignity, autonomy, and comfort while facilitating a family center approach to care. I possess excellent verbal, written, and computer communication skills with the ability to work both independently or as part of a team. My commitment to gentle care and empathetic service will play a vital role in any care I render. I have a reliable means of transportation. I am punctual, very compassionate about what I do for people who have lost some independence from a life event. Compassion for the family involved to help lessen the burden. I like to tell stories that help the family get to know who I am and I love to hear stories from them as well. I like seeing results so with that being said, I had achieved my series 6 & 63 license (which was a challenge for me) and was proud to present products that would get higher interest with low risk. I became a caregiver since 2005 and was laid off as a program assistant in a Senior Facility I love to work with seniors and passionate about caring for them because I found them helpless but I have learned so many things through their life experiences and I considered working and helping Seniors as a personal achievement that I am proud of. I am compassionate, reliable, honest, patient and respectful. I am proud to say that I have a quality of a good caregiver since I was the one who took care of my ailing mother before she passed away. I have a heart for Seniors who needs help and care.
