1. What are your personality traits or expertise that help you be a great caregiver? I am patient, compassionate, dependable, and attentive to detail. I take time to listen and understand each person's needs and preferences. My Medical Assistant certification has given me basic medical knowledge, safety awareness, and the ability to stay calm and organized in different situations. I treat those I care for with respect, dignity, and kindness at all times. 2. What attracted you to being a caregiver? I was attracted to caregiving because I genuinely enjoy helping others and making a positive difference in their daily lives. Caring for my grandmother taught me how important compassion, patience, and emotional support are, especially for seniors. That experience inspired me to continue caring for others as a profession. 3. What do you enjoy most about being a caregiver? What I enjoy most is building trust and meaningful connections with the people I care for. Knowing that my presence helps someone feel safe, comfortable, and supported gives me a strong sense of purpose. I also enjoy being able to help with daily routines and provide companionship, especially during night shifts when reassurance is important. 4. What is a personal achievement you are proud of? One personal achievement I am proud of is successfully caring for my grandmother while balancing family responsibilities and continuing my education. Earning my Medical Assistant certification is also a major accomplishment for me, as it reflects my dedication to learning, growth, and providing better care to others.
