I am an LVN with 20 years of nursing experience. I provide skilled care or more extensive care such as end of life care, wound care or care that may require someone more skilled. MY PRICES ARE NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON THE JOB AND SKILL NEEDED FOR THE JOB. I'm IHSS certified for Lake County and will consider working through IHSS. My regular prices range from $30.00 - $45.00 an hour. I've always been a natural caregiver. I love caring for people. I began a career in nursing in 2001 as a CNA. I went to school to become an LPN in 2005 and graduated Valedictorian in 2006. I've enjoyed nursing and was fortunate to be able to gain lots of experience in geriatrics and pediatrics. I've worked in private care, home health care, assisted living, nursing home and clinic. I have also been blessed to have worked with developmentally delayed children and adults. I love to make a difference in the lives of the people I help. I live in Lakeport, CA. I'm looking to take a break from nursing for large groups of patients to a one on one setting. I've always favored in home care and look forward to providing your loved one with the same love and care I would provide my family.

I became a caregiver so that I can help seniors remain in the comfort of their homes as they age and health declines.I love what I do,I care about others physical and emotional well being.I have pursued my health education by becoming a licensed CNA,I take great pride in my services.My proudest achievement has been caring for a 68 year old Parkinsons client for well over a year,allowing him to pass away in his home surrounded by loved ones.I am currently with a hip replacement client as a live in for the past year.I like long term assignments,getting to know others,their past accomplishments,history.I am friendly,compassionate,And utterly dedicated to the well being of others.

As mentioned before the one on one interaction, the special relationships that blossom, and the helping process. Sometimes the helping process can be coming to terms with a disability, injury or death and making it a positive experience. 3) My personal achievements have been fine tuning my skills as a care provider. I am adaptable to my clients needs, I anticipate my clients needs, and have given many dying or ill patients of mine a level of love and support everyone deserves. 4) I love to bake, cook, garden, hike, swim, arts and crafts and am learning a lot of sign language.
