For 8 years I managed a Spinal Clinic that primarily served the elderly. I assisted them with mobility, with comfort when they were nervous about new treatments, and answered questions they were too afraid to ask the doctor. I also took care of my grandmother growing up. She lived in a little house next to us but wasn't able to fully care for herself. I've assisted my own aging and diabetic mother with everything from bathing, toileting, preparing meals, running errands, etc--specifically after major illnesses and surgeries. I've also done volunteer work at Nursing Homes while in school. I am CPR and First Aid Certified. For the last 2 years I've been working as a full time Nanny.
