Well hello everyone! My name is Readina but all my residents call me Ree, it's easier for them. I always wanted to be in the medical field. First a surgeon, than an RN. So I started at the bottom and became an CNA. I been an CNA since 2013 and I absolutely love it. While working as an CNA I achieved becoming an CMA ( certified medication aide ) I can pass medications through the state of NJ. I did take the state test so I'm legit. Lol. I'm going to further my career and do my LPN course within the next year. Looking for a school as we speak. I really connect with all my residents it's not just a job for me, I care for them like they are my own grandparents or parents. I feel very honored to work with the elderly, you learn from them and I'm always learning something new. They really make my day, I wake up wanting to come to work. I'm very reliable and dependable and I rarely miss work, it has to be something tragic for me to miss work. Again, I think I would be the perfect caregiver for any family.
