I became a caregiver on account of my good friend Ronnie Starling who was treated "bad" repeatedly by others and I wanted to save him from that kind of life, which he did not deserve and give him a safe and nurturing environment by taking care of him in my home. I took care of Ron on a volunteer basis for almost 2 years and It was on account of Ron that I decided to go to college for HHA/CNA in order to learn professional care in order to to take even better care of him!
