Hello my name is Lynda Evans First I want to offer my condolences for your loved one. I understand completely as I cared exclusively for my father for 5 years with congestive heart failure, diabetes, and strokes. I don't just do care giving I am a born Caregiver. Everybody deserves respect and compassion when facing life's challenging obstacles. I also have had medical challenges I have had to overcome and understand how important it is to be positive and stress free and not to focus on what you can't do but accentuate what you can. My clients are very happy with me and would personally ask for me to come take care of them. I even had one gentleman who was very shy about bed bath cracking up. I love and care for each individual as my own, and want them to feel the best they can in a comfortable atmosphere. I cared for a lady who started having brain surgery at 20 and she was in her 70's when I cared for her. She also was difficult to understand but with patients I learned to communicate with her very well. I have cared for Alzheimer, Stroke, Cancer, Bed and Wheel Chair bound, and much more...... ALSO: I am very organized, great on cleaning, laundry and cooking: GOOD FOOD not junk. I also do not smoke, or take any medications. What makes me a good caregiver is my love for the persons I care for. I don't see them as patient or a body. I see them as my family or my children. I laugh with them, I smile with them and I make the care part of caring for someone a top priority.

Cared for my mom for 8 years, before working with seniors. My mom was an extremely sweet and loving person. My mom also cared for seniors during her lifetime. During that time, I would help my mom caring for seniors, so as an adult, it was second nature to me too care for seniors. I've worked as a caregiver for 7 years. In those 7 years, I've prepared meals, taken seniors to their appointments, taken blood pressure, and am certified too assist with medications.

I am considered a great caregiver because of my passion to genuinely care for those in need. Most of my clients & their family members want me with them everyday. I am loyal & I treat people how I'd like to be treated! I am thorough with my job duties, I am observant towards my client & any changes they may be experiencing, I have great work ethic. I didn't realize I ever wanted to be a Caregiver at 1st, even though I have several family members in the medical field, I always took classes involving computers & courses pertaining to business. One of my best friends was an LPN & she said you would be a good nurse, take the CNA class, get your foot in the door & if you like it go further. Eventually (in 2009) I took the CNA & HHA class, I passed the stated board on the 1st try, got a job at a nursing home 2 weeks after passing the test. I will be honest, I did not like being a CNA at a nursing home & I never wanted to be a nurse, I worked at a nursing home for almost 2 yrs & then I said let me try Home Hlth, & that was when I knew this is what I was destined to do. I was only working part time on weekends as a Home Hlth Aide (I was working in an office during the week), but several clients & their families wanted me full time so I contemplated for some time & in the beginning of 2017 I made the BEST decision ever workwise to become a full time Home Hlth Aide. I love being an asset to the clients & their families, it's not just a job, it's my passion. I love providing 1 on 1 care. The best feeling in the world is when the family & the client tells you I don't know what I'd do if you haven't came into our lives, or when they say don't leave me, you can stay. I love working with elders it has always been the job I wanted I always work with elders they just so sweet and adorable they love doing puzzles and stuff I love playing like little stuff like that with them I'm always there and I have smiles on there faces when they see me I use to care for your grandmas for they did and they just made we just wanna do something like this to see elders remind me of them sometimes
