About me. My name isJeanette Lopez I'm 44- years old . I was born and NY raised in Puerto Rico . I would describe myself as outgoing , friendly, and talkative. I thrive when surrounded by other people, and find it easy to connect with anyone I meet. Always looking for bridges , not fences. I would also say that I have a sense of humor, and people generally enjoy my company. I think what describes me the best is the "creative mind " because I always enjoy to come up with ideas, think outside the box, or even challenge the status quo. Now it doesn't mean that I find it hard to oblige the rules . I do that. But I don not hesitate twice to share my feed back and suggest improvements. I am also energetic, motivated, enthusiastic about work and life, I am also a team player who thrives in team environments . My nickname can be be " never gives up" , and that sort of characterizes who I am. Maybe I am not the most talented person in the world- when it comes to any task , but you can be sure I always give me 100% effort, and if I fail with something I try again. I'm always willing to try new hobbies, learn new skills. I would also describe myself as a very calm and balanced person. Always try to see the brighter side of things. I am a good companion for the talk about virtually any topic. I also love traveling and exploring new places. I love cats, dogs and most all animals. I believe in lifelong learning and personal growth. I developed an interest in caregiving at a very young age. During my teenage years. I I help my mother with my grandparents . I knew since then I loved helping caring for other. I always enjoyed playing and combing my dolls hair, feeding and play cooking for them. I always look after the house keeping home cleaned and organized. I have been a Certified Home Health Aide for 20 years . I am a experienced caregiver with a tremendous amount of heart and faith in always doing the right thing. I am dependable and honest to a fault. My experience covers a lifetime of caring for individuals in ALFs, hospitals, residential as well as supervising others in the field. Currently, I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida. My degrees include: Graduate Certificate in Gerontology from the University of South Florida (USF), B.A. in Business Administration and a B.S.W. (Social Work). In the past, I had studied Nursing at Hillsborough Community College (HCC). I am fully capable taking a B/P manually or electronically, Hoyer lift, as well as the usual TPR and weights. I have volunteered with Life Path Hospice from fall 2007 - fall of 2010. -- Currently, I am learning German, Finnish, Italian, Indonesian and know basic Spanish. Also, I have had studied basic Korean, French, Norwegian and Swedish languages for the pure joy of learning. If needed, I can work full-time short term (negotiable), live-in a few days a week, daytime or overnight and have had my second COVID vaccine.

I help student(S) that doesn't speak english or struggling with their grades. I love to help those who need my help. I have also been working recently with special students which I am grateful to be part of there lives and helping them through their journey. I have work taking care of elderly senior and I love being part of their life and to bring value to a senior's life and make a real difference in people lives. Love working in health care industry. Helping peaople. Took care of my father in law with Alzheimer and my mother in law with dementia. Currently working in home care as CNA. I became a caregiver because I can give people the care and support they need to be all they can be. I love helping people, making sure that the life and very existence of someone is better, because I am in there life is very important to me. I am most proud of my accomplishments as a life counselor for the youth. I'm a patient and flexible person and always ready to go that extra mile.
