Hello family my name is Vanessa. Most of my client called me by "V". Caregiving isn't just a job for me, it's my passion and it's what I love to do! I started out in this field by taking care of family and I know how hard it is to find reliable, qualified help for your loved ones. I take the time to learn what needs to be done in order to give your loved one the best possible care available. These times can be stressful and taking care of people is what I love to do. I can turn a stressful, chaotic situation into an easy going routine schedule that will leave you as stress free as possible. I will follow your exact instructions and build a working relationship you can depend on when it comes to taking care of your family or loved one. I will give your loved one the care and attention they deserve! I am a detail orientated caregiver with over 10 years of experience in: Companionship, personal care, special needs, bed bound patients, Alzheimer patients, incontinence care, hospice patient, CPR knowledge, diabetic care, transferring equipment,(Hoyer, Sit and Stand) feeding, medication dispensing/reminders, meal preparation/cooking, housekeeping/laundry and grocery shopping/errands.

Being knowledgeable in this field helps me be a good caregiver, having a very caring heart for my patients helps me get to know them on a personal level. By learning all their likes and dislikes. What attracted me to be a caregiver is the need and want to help others, whether it's a child or an adult or the elderly. I'm very passionate about what I do and love what I do. What I truly love about being a caregiver is when you have those one on one time with your patient and they open up to you, you gain their trust, patience is always the key.
