I really enjoy being a caregiver a job that your able to make a difference in a clients everyday living. a relationship you just cant explain with your client or patient depends on level of care. I became a can in 1991 lookin for a different career path then . worked in nursing rehabilitation home for 3 years learned so much . I did work in for agencies for in home visits as well for the next 7 years. I continued my education in Georgia to become a cma certified medical assistant. I have recently taken a can course at Cumberland health center . recertified can cpr/ first aid .

I am very compassionate and caring person. I have great communication skills. I think that individuals should be able to remain at home in familiar surrounding as long as possible. I am loyal and kind.

At a young age my mother and I told care of my grandmother in her last days. Just the smile filled with happiness that I was apart of fill my heart.. We will all need help one day. So I learn to care for other like you would love for someone to take care of your mother or you ... I have been in the healthcare field every since I got out of HighSchool

I am compassionate caregiver that is very nurturing and knowledgeable about the needs of patients. I am a certified Medical Assistant, managed a household all of my adult life and took care of my own mother in her last months of her life. Having experienced first hand what it is like to care for an elderly parent or loved one has given me the experience with the families needs as well as the patients. For the past three years I have been caring for two wheelchair bound Spina bifida patients. Background checks are available and letters of recommendation upon request.

I am a very passionate and loving and outgoing person who loves to smile and make other people smile. Im always a happy person and talkative and enjoy helping others in need and enjoy what I do. I love to help and listen and love learning new things and especially learning new things that help to make my job better and easier and the client happy. I went into being a caregiver after watching a love one pass away and learned and felt what other families must be going through and how help is really needed for our seniors and one day that will be me. I then begun my journey to helping seniors and others that are in need and have no regrets. I enjoy challenges in being a caregiver and learning all the different personalities of each person and their stories and I must enjoy seeing them smile and laugh and knowing that I did part of my job as well as caring for them and seeing the improvement they made.
