My name is Rose I have been in the industry for over 35 years I have three children , I believe my caregiving services is a call since I was a little girl I always dream to help others and taking care of them make them feels the importance of living and belong to this earth I treated them like my own family and give them all the love and respect they deserve that's what I said I have a call and I want the same treatment when I am in a position to get care for myself when I am getting older.

I have had a passion for caring for seniors at a very young age. It all started with me caring for my neighbor Ms. Jackson when I was just 13 years old but she didn't have any children but she as always so kind to me. I've worked in a nursing home, have had some private duty cases and I've cared for adults with disabilities. My grandmother ran a group home for children with disabilities and I believe this is where my passion to care for others came from. I take pride in providing care for those who can't care for themselves anymore. I feel that just because you've gotten older and can't do for yourself as you once did, you should still be able to maintain your dignity and self respect. That is my goal as a provider to help each individual maintain as much independence as possible and to provide the best care needed. I've care for many people in my life time but the return on what I've gained is beyond words.

Hello I'm Phantashia Shine, I'm a loving, outgoing, bubble personality, I love what I do and that's taking care of a family love one like my own, I've been a caregiver over 15 years and then got certified so that I am able to give the care that is needed not only the right way but the correct way by taking courses to keep up with my caregiver skills. As a caregiver I try to put myself and every situation as my own so that I can take the time to not only understand how the family member feels but also my patients, Sometimes it's not an easy task taking on someone new and not knowing the person, I try my best to understand everything and every situation. I became a caregiver because of a family member who became very ill. I became his caretaker and enjoyed taking care of him even though it was a difficult time for me. I like to get the job done right the first time. I can also be humorous with the patient/client when it is appropriate to make their day a little brighter. I really enjoy working with them.

I became a caregiver when I was still going to school when I would visit the Elderly Home and assist the patient with bathing, feeding, take them for walks....then my dad took sick when I had to care for him. That's when I became a Caregiver.
