I love working with people in an environment they are most comfortable with and that is usually their home. Its one of the reasons I have chosen to move from the hospital setting to home setting. I love taken care of people I lost my mom 25 years ago I lost her when I was 25 so I want to take care of people like they were my parents because if they were life today I would want someone to do same for my parents.what I love most of taken care is talking with them and make them feel safe . When I see them smile and happy that makes my day

What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is that I enjoy helping people. I enjoy sitting and listening to people who enjoy sharing their stories with me when they were younger, or just talking about life in general. As a child I always knew that helping people was what God created me to do and I believe that everyday as I go about my day I see that this my true calling, and I believe that this is what I am suppose to do. I interact with patients all the time when they come into their appointments and there is never a dull moment. They share, and I listen because some have no one to talk to and I believe that me being that person that can talk to not only help them but also helps me to become a great listener and they thank me for that. I am very dependable and very realiable and I am vey compassionate about my work and my job. I am a very positive person and I truly believe that is what make my job easier to do because I love helping people and bring a smile to their faces.

Hello my name is Ta'Diazah Williams and I have been a CNA since 2016. I am currently 21 years old and working towards my bachelors of science in respiratory therapy at FAMU. I am a young woman who loves working and loves taking care of others. I have a kind, giving and calming spirit about me that makes me special. I take pride in my work and treat each patient/resident, encounter with nothing but love and the upmost respect. My mom has been a nurse my whole life and watching her growing up as a child pushed me to want to follow in her footsteps. As I got older I began to become fascinated with tracheostomy's and the indications and contraindications and I took the proper steps to achieve that goal at 18 and now I am 21 with only a year left and I will have my bachelor's! That is my personal achievement that I am proud of.
