My name is Tiffany, I'm 21 and I'm a very patient/understanding person. What made me want to be care giver is the way I have seen older people be treated. I want to be able to make them have a comfortable and happy time with me.

Iam a lovely people person I love to work an help others that's in need of care. I've been in this field for two years going on three an I love it. I started off taking care of my grandmother an now Iam in school to Pursue my career to work with others that's in need.

What make me a great care giver is the love and care I have for my patient. I love to bond with them so that I know exactly how they like everything so that I can meet their needs. I am on time and and follow directions well. I became a caregiver because one of my hobby's is nurturing I love caring and helping people. I also grew up watching my mother and my sister Work in the same field

I like to help people who doesn't have the ability to help themselves. When I see the elders I am picturing my mother. I like giving them care, I also like to see them going to the next level while I'm with them. I'm a married woman I have four children and two grandchildren.

It is important to find a trustworthy caregiver so you can rest easy knowing your loved one is not being taken advantage of. This especially important when considering whether to implement private help or use a professional home care agency.Being a caregiver is listening to and paying attention to a senior's needs. Many elderly people do not want to inconvenience their friends and family members, which is why it's important for caregivers to be attentive. A caregiver who maintains a confident attitude will help your senior loved one feel more at ease with assisted care. Im proud of all my achievements but allowing myself to be there for others and they truly care and see my potential makes me feel good.

Becoming a caregiver has been my pride and joy. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is helping others. One of My most personal achievements has been becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant. Being a Nursing Assistant is my passion. I have enjoyed the path am on, giving essential care and helping with day-day needs. I have worked in-home care for 18 years, Over the years I have gained insight and hands-on experience in Geriatric Care, Oncology, Dementia, Strokes, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's disease. I have seen and understand firsthand how life can transition from being independent to becoming codependent on daily needs. I became a Certified Nursing Aid in 2007 however, I have worked in-home care since 1997. I take pride in my work. I have provided services of care and assistance in the areas of activities for daily living such as Dressing, Grooming, Toileting, Preparing meals, Lite Housekeeping, incontinence, minor household management, medication organization, which are all done with quality care. I enjoy taking my clients out on social outings, grocery shopping, lunch, errands, etc. I Am also able to provide dependable transportation to and from doctor appointments. I have experience in being an advocate for my clients at doctor appointments. I can fill in the gaps between the Doctor My client and family members in regards to communication and Care plan. I am observant dependable and caring when it comes to client/patient needs. I enjoy providing quality custom-made care.

As a Certified MedTech I have expertise in serving chronically ill patients by assisting them with Medication management, daily living activities and general household tasks, grooming and bathing assistance, house hold tasks, feeding assistance, I also have 1yr 8 month in healthcare Administration .As my resume states I have worked in the field and the skills that I gained are compassion, time management, effectiveness, patient focus, and provide reassurance to the client that I am willing and capable to assist and provide the most effective care and support.

I love what I do. What attracted me to be a care giver is when I went to this field people needed help and people will care for them. I enjoy being a care giver when I have given all my best to a client.
