I've been a caregiver for 15 years now I'm in school to get my doctrines degree as a nurse practitioner. What attracts me of being a caregiver I care about taking care of others not only that it lets me take care of others, but I get to know how to take care of myself and my family and friends I enjoy the conversations I have with my clients. I'm proud of pursuing my education even further.

I was a former dietary aide in Buckhead, Atlanta, Ga and after some time of working very close with the elderly residents and staff I decided I wanted a career change as a CNA. I attended Covenant CNA school and received my graduating diploma and license in less than 4weeks. Since then I have develop a host of professionalism in various skills far as Total care, Dementia/Alzheimer, Gtube Feedings, Hospice/Palliative care and more. I was caregiver for my dad for ten years he needed me to care for his daily needs. After his second brain surgery that he lost his long term memory. I couldn't mind since my dad cared for me when I was a baby to teen-years. So I couldn't turn my back on him. Plus as a nurse assistance it is my job to care for the client in their time of need. That I gave my dad the best care as a parent would give to a child. I am the mother of two grown children a son and a daughter and my son-In-law and two grandchildren Autumn and Gabriel.
