My name is Rose I have been in the industry for over 35 years I have three children , I believe my caregiving services is a call since I was a little girl I always dream to help others and taking care of them make them feels the importance of living and belong to this earth I treated them like my own family and give them all the love and respect they deserve that's what I said I have a call and I want the same treatment when I am in a position to get care for myself when I am getting older.

I am compassionate, patient, dependable, and attentive to detail. I have strong communication skills and genuinely enjoy helping others maintain their dignity and independence. I am also reliable, organized, and able to remain calm in challenging situations while providing quality care and emotional support. I was attracted to caregiving because I have a passion for helping people and making a positive difference in their lives. I find fulfillment in supporting individuals who need assistance and ensuring they feel safe, respected, and cared for. Knowing that my work improves someone's quality of life motivates me every day. What I enjoy most is building meaningful relationships with clients and their families. I appreciate the opportunity to provide comfort, companionship, and support while helping clients remain as independent as possible. Seeing a client smile or knowing I've made their day easier is very rewarding. One achievement I am proud of is earning the trust of clients and their families through consistent, compassionate care. I have successfully helped clients maintain their routines, improve their well-being, and remain comfortable in their homes, which has been both personally and professionally rewarding.

I became a caregiver because I had always wanted to be a nurse when I was younger. Also, my best friend/sister-in-law became very ill at an early age and I had wanted to take care of her but never got the chance as she passed away at age 44. My mom also became ill shortly thereafter and I promised that she would never go to a nursing home. My intention was to care for her in my home, but unfortunately she never made it home from the hospital. I vowed that if I could not help my own family then I would help someone else. I love being able to help people stay in their homes as long as possible and having the family reassured that their loved ones are being cared for in their absence. My personal achievements that I am proud of are being with two of my clients until the end of their life and knowing that I made things a bit easier for their families. As for myself, I am the mother of four sons and grew up with five older brothers.
