I help with the daily ADLs of the elderly to make sure they their day goes by smoothly. I want to make them as happy as I can possible can. Very hard working and dependable.

I'm pretty upbeat. Really good with adjusting and meeting new people. I first started working in retail, and after 3 years i went to the healthcare field. I've worked with children and young adults with profound intellectual and developmental disabilities for 4.5 years. During this time I've learned how to have more patience, being more compassionate and being a reliable person. What i enjoy most about being a caretaker is making people smile. I must admit im pretty funny sometimes. My personal achievement im proud of is going back to school to get my CNA license.

Im a great caregiver because I have 2 beautiful daughters and always trusted that they were in great care when they were small and I worked. I also cared for my mom when her health failed. So from caring for them and making sure they had great caregivers makes me know that whomever needed a caregiver would want someone that has a caring heart for people and would treat them as you want to be treated also their love ones. In 1986 I furthered my education in the healthcare field and from then until for I've been working as a Certified Nurse Asst., Home health aid Private Duty Caregiver. I currently operates an Adult Family Care Home were I have live-in Mental impaired residents of whom I've cared for for many years, I also work with Developmental Clients, Alzheimer's Residents too. I love caring for the elderly, Mental, and disabled persons that need help with ADL and that are unable to provide services for themselves. I don't single anyone out or label them I treat them as family and as they are just as you and I HUMAN I see myself not being able to care for myself and often feels that I could be in the same position and would want someone who cares about me and my needs and have the heart to help in areas that I m in need of. So from 1980 until now my heart still goes out to those in need of CARE.

I'm 46 years old I'm married with two sons 17&13. I have been doing this for over 20years. I love what I do. My father is transitioning over and I have been taking care him for the past two years me and my sister. I work night shift at Legacy Village. I was the lead at one of Sunrise houses for almost 5 years. I have taken the Cna test passed test just need to take skills test to be certified. I love taking care the young and old somebody has to be there for them to love them and what they do at the same time.

Hello my name is Ta'Diazah Williams and I have been a CNA since 2016. I am currently 21 years old and working towards my bachelors of science in respiratory therapy at FAMU. I am a young woman who loves working and loves taking care of others. I have a kind, giving and calming spirit about me that makes me special. I take pride in my work and treat each patient/resident, encounter with nothing but love and the upmost respect. My mom has been a nurse my whole life and watching her growing up as a child pushed me to want to follow in her footsteps. As I got older I began to become fascinated with tracheostomy's and the indications and contraindications and I took the proper steps to achieve that goal at 18 and now I am 21 with only a year left and I will have my bachelor's! That is my personal achievement that I am proud of.
