My name is Rose I have been in the industry for over 35 years I have three children , I believe my caregiving services is a call since I was a little girl I always dream to help others and taking care of them make them feels the importance of living and belong to this earth I treated them like my own family and give them all the love and respect they deserve that's what I said I have a call and I want the same treatment when I am in a position to get care for myself when I am getting older.

I become interested in caregiving after after I started taking care of my Aunt with a stroke. I saw how much joy it brought her, to know that she had someone who cared for her and was willing to help with whatever she needed. It was a very challenging experience at first. What makes me a great caregiver is being empathetic and sympathetic. One has to have compassion and understanding to work with patients and and the elderly. I have patience and tolerance which is also a necessary trait to understand what a person is going through. I am very reliable, dependable, trustworthy and take pride in my work as a Nursing Assistant. I have over 15 years experience working with the elderly and would not trade it.
