My name is Rose I have been in the industry for over 35 years I have three children , I believe my caregiving services is a call since I was a little girl I always dream to help others and taking care of them make them feels the importance of living and belong to this earth I treated them like my own family and give them all the love and respect they deserve that's what I said I have a call and I want the same treatment when I am in a position to get care for myself when I am getting older.

I have had a passion for caring for seniors at a very young age. It all started with me caring for my neighbor Ms. Jackson when I was just 13 years old but she didn't have any children but she as always so kind to me. I've worked in a nursing home, have had some private duty cases and I've cared for adults with disabilities. My grandmother ran a group home for children with disabilities and I believe this is where my passion to care for others came from. I take pride in providing care for those who can't care for themselves anymore. I feel that just because you've gotten older and can't do for yourself as you once did, you should still be able to maintain your dignity and self respect. That is my goal as a provider to help each individual maintain as much independence as possible and to provide the best care needed. I've care for many people in my life time but the return on what I've gained is beyond words.

I am a compassionate loving woman who loves caring for others. I've recently ended my military career after serving for 7 years now I am ready to serve others. I am in nursing school and I have about 16 months left. I currently have my Nursing Assistant certification as well as my BLS certificate. My long term goal is to become a Registered Nurse at a hospital. While I am in nursing school, I would love the opportunity to work with families as a caregiver. I went to CNA school @ 53 with the desire to work with seniors with dementia . Worked the last 2 years doing just that .

I am a very patient and compassionate person. I chose this field because I enjoy helping others. It is rewarding to me that I can make a difference in someone's life. I love being a caregiver, building lasting relationship with families and their loved ones.

I am one of the most empathetic caregivers you will meet. I first became a caregiver in 2002 as an STNA with extensive training. I enjoy being able to help with ADLs , but still allowing the client/resident/patient to be as independent as possible. I enjoy helping to increase client's/resident's/patient's will to live. I will/have alway respect the client's/resident's/patient's rights and adhere to all HIPPA laws. One of my personal achievements that I am proud of is the time I changed a resident's entire temperament towards the staff by simply showing him that I actually care. He was a combative dementia patient. Being a hair stylist, I would cut his hair and line him up. The constant compliments received from the staff and residents boosted his confidence and definitely increased his will to live. Although, that was many years ago the thought of it still warms my heart.

Ever since i was young i knew i wanted a career in a field where i am able to help people and nursing is it! I love the ability to connect with each and every individual i come across on so many different levels . I have a firm understanding that caring for someone is a unique and individually based process and i take pride in doing so while being patient and understanding. I love taking the time to learn each and everyone of my clients i come across so i can provide the best care possible for them.

Love taking care of people my whole life, I always was a people person,I was told by my peers that I have a gift and that this is my calling, this is my passion, I'm proud that I have had the opportunity to work with a lot of with different cultures and experience with different kinds of patients at providence hospital for 20 years it was a wonderful experience for me and a great place to work.

I became a caregiver when I was still going to school when I would visit the Elderly Home and assist the patient with bathing, feeding, take them for walks....then my dad took sick when I had to care for him. That's when I became a Caregiver.

I deliver direct personal care supporting the families of an elderly individuals. Responsible for a plethora of duties ranging from scheduling appointments for medical care, ensuring attendance to extra-curricular activities, and aiding in the completion of household errands and maintenance of both properties.I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where I can have one-on-one interaction with others putting a smile on there face knowing I have achieve a goal of happiness, love, and trustworthy. Care giving has been my passion since I helped care for my father who suffered with congestive heart failure & diabetes. The last senior I cared for told me that I was one of the kindest people he had ever met. The elderly has a wealth of knowledge that they love to share about life and their experiences. I enjoy their appreciation for being their caregiver and they seem so grateful. I treat them the same way I would like to be treated and the way I would like my family members to be treated if needed care. As one of the noblest professions, a caregiver has much to offer in terms of compassion and care.
