Hello I'm Jessica I've been a certified Home Health Aide for 12 1/2 years I have a passion for caring for the elderly and people in need of help/assistance. I cook them breakfast, lunch and dinner, I wash their clothing, Assist/ Administer food/medicine, peg tube and flushing tube as well I encourage them to tell me stories(jog their memories) I exercise with them, encourage them to go outside and enjoy the fresh air, laugh and chat with them, Play board games, Color, Singing, playing cards etc... I also sweep/mop floors, dusting, washing dishes and I also bake. I AM FULLY VACCINATED I am available Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-7pm... I worked at St Vincent hospital as a patient safety assistance I kept my patients safe I assisted them with restroom duties, feeding, walking, I played games with them watched television I became their companion. My personal traits is to understand my client knowing their likes and their dislikes. I was attracted to caregiving because of my father he was diabetic also my grandmother that passed she had dementia. It's the greatest feeling in the world when my clients are happy it means a lot to me. My personal achievement is knowing that I do my best towards my clients and they know that I love them.
