After surviving cancer I started caregiver while I got my medical assistant certificate. After 6 years of fast pace office work I decided to return to caregiver work. It so much more reward, and I feel like I make a big difference helping others.

I love being able to help others. I really enjoy being a caretaker and it's more then just a job to me it a passion. I make sure to take care of others how I would want to be treated. It brings joy to me to be able to help others in their time of need and know that when I leave I did everything in my power to make my client feel comfortable and happy.

Hi I am a very compassionate certified nursing assistance. I cared for my uncle over the course of 7 years who passed away with cancer and dementia. I knew then that I wanted to stay in senior care. It's so important for me to give back to our elders with patience, care, companionship. Its been wonderful to work with many patients with physical and mental impairments. I am very dependable. I am never late to work or any place I am expected to be. I am 20-years-old. I am from Nashville, TN, currently living in Athens, GA. I have an Associates Degree in "Health Sciences." I am furthering my career in Social Work. I want to be a School/ Family Social Worker. I enjoy being around children of all ages. My mom is a current Social Worker and she owns a Daycare in Nashville TN, where I was a former employee. In high school, I was a peer-tutor for special needs students. I helped the students with their work, helped prepare them for speeches. I also helped them reach their highest potential whether that's emotionally, mentally, or even physically. I am a wonderful cook. I love cooking home-made meals. If instructions are included and a family has a recipe, I don't mind giving it a shot! I am fun and energetic. Crossword puzzles? I have always loved working with people and people have always taken to me nicely. I am currently in nursing school for my BSN because I want to be able to help people more.
