I became a caregiver because I love taking care of people, it gives me a pleasure to see that I can help people who can't help themselves. My personal achievement that I'm proud of is that I was able to be a caregiver for my mom who had brain cancer but passed last June due to her illness,and still worked as a c.n.a in geriatrics.

I love people and I have never met a stranger. I believe that if I take great care of the elderly or whoever, when I get old someone will definitely take care of me. I have six children that I basically raised by myself when my husband left us. I have been through a lot but I have always had a special love for people. I have learned over the years that love goes without saying but its awesome to know and treated like you are loved. I will do my best to make sure my clients are treated with love and the upmost respect at all times. I am trustworthy, dependable, punctual and a team player. I will do my very best at all times to make sure my clients are taken care of.

I enjoy being a help for others, caring and having patience are my qualities. Seeing people that really appreciate help and knowing that someone is here to be there in their time of need.

I became a caregiver so that I could be able to take care of my mother, I like the one on one care that way I can take better care of the clients. My sisters and I took care of my mother for 14 years. I know she 's was getting the best care at home instead of being in a nursing home. I thank God she lived to be 92 years old. I have learn so much by taking care of her. I have been a Certified Nurse Assistant for 16 year. And I love taking care of peoples, that 's my calling.

Understanding is my best trait an makes me very qualified for your needs an expectations. I was attracted to become a caregiver threw the love and patients I have for others. Putting a smile on others faces by showing them that together all things are possible is what I enjoy the most in being a caregiver. I have been a caregiver for over 20 years, I enjoy taking care of those who can no longer take care of themselves. And making the lives of the family members a little easier.

When I am with a patient that you can give them the time to work with them and get to the patient better. I feel that with my experience I have grown with this type of work.I became a caregiver, so I can give back and let them know that will be there for them. There is one of many achievements that i am proud of but their is one that sticks out more than the others one of my patients had been at the facility i had started working at for 4 years and did not speak to anyone the whole time he was there i did not know that he did not talk because he always talked to me when one of my fellow co workers came to assist me with turning they heard the patient talking to me and was in shock and told me that the patient has not spoken in years and that we should call his wife right away .the wife came and was amazed and in tears hearing her husband speak and laugh with her.It was a heart warming experience because i know i was the asset to the break through.
