Hello! My name is Rebecca and I have been working as a caregiver for almost a decade. I have really come to love my job, as it has allowed me to get close to and really connect with some amazing individuals. I have found that not only can I help my clients, but that they can help me to learn and grow as a person. Patience, understand, and a real desire to uplift and enrich people's lives are things that I always strive for, and that I feel are qualities every good caregiver MUST have. As I work with clients, I try to put myself in their shoes, and understand their struggles and needs. I work with clients who can be lonely, depressed, confused, or even angry, and being a dependable caregiver and friend can help not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. I hope to be able to use caregiver as not only a source of income, but as an outlet for love, kindness, and empathy.

My goal as a caregiver is to understand my client's needs. Each person is different in personality, physical abilities, life experiences, etc. It is my job to learn and adapt to each person and provide the quality care they deserve. Socializing is a major part of my job. I have held jobs which required me to maintain peak socializing and problem solving skills.
