Hello my name is Sarah. I have been doing home care for 20 yrs . I truly adore helping others. I have worked with many different people in the past 16 yrs. My jobs have consisted of bathing (personal care), meal preparation, transferring client With gait belt, trach care, hospice care, shopping, administering medications, companionship, exercise, cancer care and etc. I am highly experienced in working with people that struggle with Dementia/ Alzheimer's. I'm a caregiver because I treat my clients as individual, I treat them like I would my parents.. I became a caregiver because of my daughter.. She had cerbal palsy and was a quadriplegic and I had to learn how to take care of her life until her passing.. I love to take care of people who may need help, or just companionship... My personal achievement is the satisfaction in knowing that I was able to help or be there for the family and client in their own time of need..
