What makes me a good home care aide is my dedication to what I do. I give my best to serve / help my client in any way I can. I became a home care aide because I want to work with and help seniors. I believe that taking care of them is like taking care of my own mother. Aside from having the chance to serve / help seniors, what I like about being a home care aide is its flexible work schedule. I am a great caregiver because I have compassion for people. I have always loved to help people no matter what the situation has been. I have worked in the beauty industry for 14 years and I was always drawn to the elderly clients. I sat and talked with them ,and took extra care of them when they came to get their services.
