Single mom of a teenager Started caregiving 6 years ago The people I have met has made me a stronger person and I love what I do, love the variety of people I have met , but in this job you have to be very patient and know how to deal with a lot of challenges and behaviors, are jobs aren't easy and you have to deal with stressful situations and know how to deal with them , every year we have to take are annual Training and refresher courses, my main specialty is Dementia and Alzheimer's disease, but that's why I love my job to help people and sometimes they need to someone to talk too, or just a shoulder to cry on, being a single parent makes me stronger in doing my job and know I have someone to live for and help older clients in there daily lives and endeavors.

I am very patient and gentle,I always adapt to new situation and condition. I am not a perfect being but I love to learn and I accept corrections . I am humble, respectful and trustworthy. I have been a caregiver for 3years now and still counting it has been interesting for me doing this job and I feel amazingly joyful helping seniors.
