I am a certified caregiver for 20 plus years, nonactive LPN. I have experience with long term care, group home, hospice care, private home and live in care. I am a certified Medication trainer, as well as managing facilities and Activities. I have devoted myself to caring for others as it is my personal passion. I have experience in hospital,nursing Home, assisted living, and home care settings. I have experience Cath removal and insert as well as oxygen tanks tubing and all equipment. I have cared for patient with diabetes and checking sugar and reminding and administrating medication to patients. I have great references and work history if needed. I'm also FIRST AID/CPR certified and I have just finished Medical Assisting classes, will be taking the state test this year as well.

I love being a caregiver. It's the most rewarding job.

Hi, I am 58 years old and I'm a caring compassionate, good hearted person who enjoys helping people out with their daily needs young or old. I really enjoy what I do and meeting people. My parents raised me to be a good christian person and to help people out no matter what they needed or didn't need such as raking their yard, shoveling snow, going to the grocery store, for them, mowing their yard etc.....and my parents said never ask for money for your good nature and kindness because you are doing it all from the heart. They taught me well and I appreciate them for it.

To help take care of people who are in need of care. Being a caregiver makes me feel very happy to know that I can help others. On top of giving quality care, you have to be compassionate. I am the one to listen to the person when they are upset or want to tell you a story from their past. I like to hear their concerns about life. I come from a large family and we all took care of each other. Besides helping others, I enjoy learning about someone's past. I like to know that families consider me a confidante and a friend long after I am done working.
