My name is Angel Dyle. I've been a cna for 16 years I've worked with all types of clients. I've worked in Hospitals I can draw blood, EKG, start iv's etc. I've worked with hospice clients as well, I've also worked with Cerebral Palsy, geriatric, all ages from newborn to elderly I can do anything that's needed of me I've what I do and it shows

My personality traits or expertise that help me be a great caregiver would include my genuine love for people and the fact that I have over 19 years of experience in the healthcare field. I am a certified nurse assistant and certified medication technician in the state of Missouri and have maintained my certifications for about 19 years. I also have several credits earned at Chamberlain Nursing School of Saint Louis. I have a Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration and a Masters Degree in Business Administration with the Emphasis of Leadership Management. I am currently a caregiver for my disabled neighbor and have been her caregiver for about 2 years. I am also a caregiver for my parents. My father is a cancer patient with a heart condition. My mother needs help as well. She is long covid survivor and has issues stemming from Covid-19. The need is all around me. I thoroughly enjoy helping people who need healthcare assistance. I have worked in long term care facilities/settings, not only caring for the residents needs, but making sure that they are taking their medications with the correct dosage and scheduled times. I administer their medication where I have to count for narcotics at the beginning and end of my shifts. I have self-gratification each time that I am of aid to my patients and I feel very satisfied when I give care as well as having a smile on my face to cheer up my patients.

I have been a medication technician (CMT) for four years, I administer medications per facility, state and federal law/guidelines by practicing inside my scope. I am also insulin & CPR certified by the state of Missouri and American Heart association. I am comfortable with administering insulin medication, subQ and orally. I am a nursing candidate at Mineral Area College, I have had ECG training along with the knowledge of A&P, Microbiology, Medical Terminology I & II, so I have a good grasp and understanding on how the medications and insulin works and what signs & symptoms to watch for. I was a C.N.A for 16 years and performed all duties of a certified nurses aide to allowable state and federal guidelines. I assisted with ADL's per family, staff and patient request. I have taken care of family members, like my grandmother until she passed when she was diagnosed with cancer in 2017. I have been witness to horrible diseases, genetic and acquired. I have held the hands of people ready to cross over and begin their next journey into the afterlife. Caring for others can sometimes be challenging because people are hard to please, but it's those of us who keep trying and find a way to pacify others that separates us from the rest. I love the hands on care and attention that i give to each individual that i have taken care of, i am very compassionate when it comes to being a caregiver. I treat those as I would want to be treated once I reach the age were I may need someone to come take care of me me. I love to sit and talk and I make sure that all their needs have been met. I have two children of my own a son 24 and a daughter 18, I have my own transportation. At the end of the day my goal is to put a smile on someones face and make them feel good and comfortable.

Since I was a little girl I've always wanted to help people. I use to help with anything and I got joy, peace, and happiness when I helped those in need and they appreciated it. I love to see the smile and feel the warmth of my clients or residents, that lets me know that they feel loved, safe and comfortable. I'm personally proud that I got my CNA despite of what others thought, or felt. I achieved something that will help build my career and life in the medical field helping others, bring peace and joy to their lives. I'm a very caring and compassionate person, I have a way with people and communicating with them. I'm an empathetic person, my goal in everything I do is to give my best and achieve greatness.

I became a caregiver because I enjoy helping people and I believe that everyone deserves quality care. I love being able to give people the comfort that their loved one is in good hands so they do not have to worry about the care their loved one is receiving. My proudest achievement is my kids
