I am a certified caregiver for 20 plus years, nonactive LPN. I have experience with long term care, group home, hospice care, private home and live in care. I am a certified Medication trainer, as well as managing facilities and Activities. I have devoted myself to caring for others as it is my personal passion. I am very patient and willing to help, learn to make sure the client have good care. I became a Caregiver in 1998 because i enjoy helping others. I enjoy talking to and listening to the awesome stories that clients tell about their life. You began to get to know one another and build a bond. I am currently CPR and First Aid Certified. I have over 20+ years as a CNA.I am currently in school to finish my degree in Education. Hi my name is Jennifer and I have always enjoyed taking care of people in one fashion or another. I became a CNA in 1993 in NC and worked in many different venues ie; Ltc facilities hospitals , home health and agency. The medical field always has fascinated me so here I am almost 30 years still involved in it. I have also work as a customer service representative so I never ventured far from dealing with people. If I can impact a person's life by helping in a small way then I have served my purpose for that given day. One of my hardest experiences I have ever endured was when I took care of my Mom when she was given a terminal diagnosis of cancer. I like taking care of people and listening to their stories. I like helping them have a better day then when they started out. I have been in the healthcare most of my life and I am eager to continue with my education to become a better person.

I provide home care, medical and personal care to individuals who are chronically ill, disabled or suffering from cognitive impairments. I work with senior citizens who want to remain at home but need assistance with dressing, bathing and housework. I am from the Champaign Area I am currently a CNA/ PA in Champaign. I work well with others and I am very dependable. I have great patients with my clients. I have specialties with disabled and Alzheimer patients. I'm very passionate about caring for people. I like a challenge and open to learning new things. Being active in learning about the medical field in all areas as possible by attending school and getting my associates degree in medical billing and coding; took a accelerated CNA class and currently in school seeking a bachelors degree in healthcare administration.
