Hi! My name is Jaimeson, I'm 30, and I currently live in Greenfield, IN, with my husband, Creedon. I have a long history of taking care of adults and children as my husband and I come from large families. I have a mom-in-law that has early onset dementia that I worked with for 6 months before she needed to be in a memory care unit and our family was always amazed at how she responded better to me than others. Same with my uncle who is now in a memory care unit. I am able to get into their world and create a purposeful feeling for them. My friend Bud, who is 80, lives alone with his service Newfoundland and I still visit with him for companionship once a week. We enjoy good conversations, drinking coffee and sharing stories of his wife who has passed on. I love older folks and have always had a heart for them, ever since I was young. My experience started in my teens when my mom because the chaplain at Westminster Village North. She has taught me invaluable lessons of making patients feel loved by showing them kindness, compassion and respect. I am CPR and first-aid certified, assistant I completely understand the peace of mind that it gives to someone looking for a caregiver for themselves or a loved one. Hello everyone! Being in the medical field requires compassion, patience, and communication skills. I've been a certified home health aide for over 2.5 years. Being a home health aide I have strong communication skills. I can effectively communicate with clients. Communication is crucial in order to provide good patient care and having compassion for clients who are unable to fully take care of themselves and keeping their dignity.

I became a nurse because my great aunt was an amazing woman and role model. She was a nurse and I wanted to be just like her. Homecare has been the field I have been in the most. Graduating from nursing school in 1992 and getting married I started my homecare adventure in Indianapolis. I absolutely loved it and have continued with multiple agencies. Until adopting twin boys with disabilities in 2002. They needed too much care and we have raised a total seven beautiful children. So my work outside of the home has been sparse since then. But they are turning 19 this year and I would like to get to work part time again but still be available as needed for them. So I am only available MTWF in the mornings from 9-1. I know that is limited but feel I could bless someone as I have been blessed.
