I took care of my grandma when I was a teenager and something about it just felt right. It would be my pleasure to assist your loved one with enhanced quality of life. One of my personal achievements that I'm proud of, is that I started my own Assisted Living Facility/Home.

I have always longed to help out people since childhood especially the elderly. Just reminding myself that they were once able to do everything by themselves ,drives me to wholeheartedly help them out in their activities of daily living. I want to see them live a better life than I found them . Always living a smile on their faces , bringing back hope of living in their hearts. My personality of being loving, caring , passionate and servanthood spirit are the driving forces which led me to this profession. One of my personal achievements is the fact that I have been able as a CNA to professionally and successfully work in an Assisted living facility on patients with dementia, alzeimers, combative behaviors etc.

Before I began my experience and interest, let me introduce myself. My name is Miheret. I prefer going by Mercy. I am from Ethiopia. I enjoy reading books and hangout with my friends. I am a positive person, patent, listen more, friendly, hard working, and more Before I become a caregiver, I was a cashier at retail store. I enjoyed working as a cashier but it was not what I need. And so, I did not stay long because I need a job that will prepare me for my personal goals so medical field has been a good fit. So I started by taking CNA class. Afterward, I start working a nursing home and home health aide. Currently, I'm working asRMA. I like being a caregiver and RMA because It makes me happy when I met their need. Eventually, being a good caregiver and RMA will benefit me to become a better nurse. All in all, I have a good experience of doing ADL and administering meds. Through my experience, I have learned and practice a good patient care and go by according to patient/client need. I enjoy being a caregiver and RMA.

Since I was young I like helping others. And working in humanitarian organizations back home. I was taking care of my father as a senior before I even certified so I think that make me loving to work with elders with dignity and love to meet the goal of the best caregiver.

I love working with elderly because It makes me feel good knowing that I make the their lives better. I have 2 years experience working as a Home Health Aide. And things I did at my previous job was assist clients with completing activities of daily living -bathing, feeding, grooming and dressing -to preserve quality of life, documented the physical, mental and social status of clients, reported any abnormal changes to the clinical team, administered medications and completed documentation, reported any changes in client's condition to the clinical team and coordinated and scheduled age-appropriate activities for clients to maintain coordination and fine motor skills. I also have Medication and Home Health Aide certificate. I am fully vaccinated

Good listener, caring, passionate, I love being taking care others especially when I see an individual's reach their goals of their daily life I enjoy to see the outcome of my care to the individuals that I been cared of , to see them working towards their daily goals and succeed make me happy I'm proud to make someone happy and feel loved, and also to see the hard work that I did being full field.

I am a certified nurse aide also I am dependable , compassionate , and trustworthy. The most i enjoy being caregiver is feelings of deep satisfaction also being a caregiver provides a sense of pride and joy that most people don't experience in their day jobs. ... spend a day with to elderly. Dealing with these stressful challenges and overcoming obstacles is very rewarding for caregivers. Helping others and bringing joy to their lives is an accomplishment anyone can feel proud of me.
