I became a caregiver because of my passion for the job as well as making a living. being a caregiver is a selfless act and it means giving your all to make your clients comfortable and happy. I have a singular aim of seeing myself grow in the health sector and always making my clients feel loved. My clients will say I am loving ,compassionate and dependable.

1)I became a caregiver because i love giving care and helping people, especially the elderly, the sick and the less fortunate with a passionate heart and safety is my priority. 2) Like and love to see a positive result, 3) i am proud of my experience and the quality of care i give. certified and licensed in nursing assistant/geriatrics, first aide, CPR and med tech. 4) i am very young and energetic, head working, respectful, passionate, empathy, self discipline, obedience and always seek the safety of my clients.

I'm humble, loving, caring and take my walk very seriously. I love to smile a lot and very patient with any body especially my clients. I don't mind in assisting to do domestic households work.

Being a care giver is like a mission to me. I'm in a mission to make people feel good about themselves even when they are ashamed of their appearance. In a mission to make them smile in the midst of their suffering. To help them having a peaceful end of life by singing for the ones who want me to, or simply smiling and holding their hands. I know that I have been doing a great job when family members called me and said:" thank you for taking care of my mom. You are a blessing for us" and still keep in touch with me. That makes me beleive that I'am doing something good.

I have over 5 years experience in the care giving industry.  I have knowledge in mental healthcare such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, Autism care, physically disabled and many more I am hard working and trust-worthy and applied efficiency in all manner of difficult situations, and I am a spirited team worker, reliable and dependable. I have goood communication skills. My objective is to contribute towards the wellbeing of my clients in a good team environment, and to ensure joy and happiness to the families under my care. I love being around the elderly people and giving them the care they deserve as they were once the ones that cared and built the community that I live in and am enjoying it freedom. Knowing I shell one day be in that position and would one day need the same help. I love seeking advice from them as they have been through things that I haven't. I feel horned when I have been able to help in a positive way to being joy or peace in someone's life.

I have been working in the personal care profession for quite some time now. I am a compassionate person and enjoy caregiving very much. It gives me great satisfaction to think that I am of help to someone and the job actually enables me to make a difference daily in the lives of my clients. I am a sociable person with a natural capability of providing continuous care. Empathy is embedded in my personality and I’m a good listener. Being an experienced caregiver I am familiar with the job and immensely enjoy each day at work.

I WAS VERY PROUD WHEN I TOOK CARE OF A HOSPICE PATIENT TO BE REMOVED FROM HOSPICE AND STARTED WALKING AGAIN. 4. I AM A VERY HARD WORKING PATIENT, ALWAYS ON TIME, GET ALONE WITH ALL KINDS OF PEOPLES, TEAM WORKER AND FAST.

Its always been my passion to take care of people.I love the idea of helping someone that cant do some things for himself/herself anymore.I have build great relationships with the people i have worked for.I am loving and trustworthy.

I became a caregiver to satisfy the needs of impaired people or in need. I like when I perform the needs of an impaired person. I was proud when I took some impaired people to the bathroom, feed them and make their beds in an assisted living at the time of my training. And they evaluated me as being a good caregiver. People say about me, " I'm a kind person". And I'm proud of it. I like to make people happy and also I'm open minded.

Mr. Francisco C. Liu, CMT/GNA March 15, 2016 To whom it may concern, I am Mr. Francisco C. Liu CNA-GNA, and a Certified Medical Technician (CMT). My regular job is with Sunrise Senior Living Montgomery Village Community as a Lead Care Manager/Medical Technician covering 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floor administering prescribed controlled drug medication to the residents. I also perform private duties for client transportation and medical appointments, as well as preparing specific meals for each resident based on their needs outside of Sunrise. Occasionally I am capable doing handyman work at home. I was brought up to be compassionate and respectful to the elderly, which properly prepared me to give residents the dignity and honor they deserve. I have also my work experienced in a rehabilitation facilities at the Montgomery Health Care Center. My upbringing taught me to work with diligence in everything that I do.
