I have 30 years of experience in providing personal in-home care for disabled, cognitively impaired, chronically ill, and hospice patients. I assist patients with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. I monitor patients' vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration. I am a thoughtful and considerate person who takes pride in providing the best care possible. I became a caregiver through the influence of my great aunt and grandmother as they were the neighborhood caregivers. I watched them as a child and knew I wanted to do the same thing. I began by taking care of my grandmother when she became home bound in her older age. For the past three years, I was the care taker for my mother after she suffered a stroke. The thing I enjoy the most is feeling a sense of joy and humility in assisting those in need in conducting their activities of daily living. They are so appreciative. I consider it a personal achievement when they recover and there is no further need of my services. That confirms that my work with them has improved their quality of life.

I am a compassionate individual that have empathy and respect for people. I decided to get trained as a CNA when my grandfather was triminally ill. My family and I looked for someone that was caring respectful but to not avail, so I decided to take up the job. When I began the first time, it was covering my friend shift.my friend she called she got emergency, and she explains everything what sopsted to do with client, and I cover her shift. That day I am really interested to continue this work. Being a car gives means, it's really a lot of work, especially people with demented cars a lot but you need to be always been passion at polite to all my client and I am looking them us my family, ofcourse I always say I am going my second home. My personal achievement to be proud of, successful as much as possible to help people with respect things done, that makes me proud.

When I was a young woman I took care of my grandmother when my parents were not around for some time until she passed away. Having that experience showed me how excited I get when I am able to help make someone's life better.
