Miss Roberts as I come. As some things I share with you as an independent growing individual i'm also working on becoming better person each day. Im loving and caring and always taking others feeling into consideration. Firstly i'm great at any task I set to accomplish. Each job you gain it's starts within yourself you can make a job but you can't be a job. Making a job comes with dependable and reliable characteristics within self, personality, multitasking, and seeking time and patience. I always put my best foot forward. I have successfully completed a training program and state examination at Morning Star Academy-School of Allied Health in Rockville, MD in 2012. Outside of homecare, my hobbies include taking care of my 3 yo son, practicing special effects makeup, painting and drawing. Previously, I worked in long-term care facilities located in Virginia. I have been working in homecare consistently since 2015. My experience in homecare has been rewarding and less stressful. I love working closely with families and clients to make sure their care and companionship needs are met. I am able to adapt quickly to different working environments. I firmly believe in providing compassionate care to enhance the quality of life for an individual. As a former employee of Snakemans Tattoo Studio I learned the importance of sterilization, blood borne pathogen safety, and customer service. I also learned the value of communication, critical thinking skills, time management, and teamwork while working as a CNA at Golden Living Center and Shenandoah Valley Westminster Canterbury (SVWC). The first skill I posses is an excellent communicator. In my pass experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant. I have use my communication skills to speak with patients families about the patients well-being. I have also communicated with nurses and doctors about plans and concerns related to the patient. My second skill I posses as a CNA, I am a very patience caregiver. I have worked with many patients who moved slowly due to disability or due to age. This has allowed me to be patient and understanding to each patient's situation, and this has also allowed me to become empathic to each patient needs. My third skill I possess is physical stamina. Working as a CNA, I have cared for several patients at once. In some situations I had to lift or move patients with disabilities. And lastly, I am very compassionate caregiver. Being compassionate as a CNA has allowed me to care for patients accurately and responsibly. I have cared for patients of different races, backgrounds, and cultures. Showing a great amount of empathy towards patients allows patients to feel comfortable. In conclusion, I believe all of the skills I posses will make me a great caregiver to your loved one.
