I am faustina Sam 30 years of age from Ghana . I currently live in glen burnie, I live a diligent life style with no bad records and do not smoke or drink alcohol. I have a total of three years experience with patients care. I believe I a fit for this job because I have the necessary experience to care for the elderly. I have worked at the teaching hospital bed of 250 in Africa- Ghana. I have the opportunity to care for different patients with different disease. In the United states I also worked with accessible home health and with different patients including stroke. I also assisted patients with their household task, doctors appointments arrrans, medications and activities of daily living including cooking, feeding and bathing. I also acquired the skills to follow safety precautions to prevent falls and accidents.

I become a caregiver beacuse I love working with people and I work with my mom and brother before they pass away and I know and understand how hard it would be on the person who is caring for their love one,and I like that the person whom am caring for can count on me to be there for them and will always look out for them and put them first always.My bigest achievement is watching someone went from I can't do it to am doing it( which mean I work on a case when the person could not walk again and he did not want to do his exercise and I would explain to him everyday I work with him that if he want to do most of the things he say he missed doing and like doing he will have to do his exercise everyday and he will see that he could walk again, and I tell him that everyday and get him to trust me and I got him to walk again and to me that was big. i'm 36 years old and a mother of two and I love to work with people and I have 16 years of managers exeperance and customer serive, and I had also manager three group homes and one of them I was the live-in house manger and I love that for I would get to hire the persons that I know who would love what we do just as I love what I do, and would not mined treating our client as part of the family.

I am a very passionate, honest and professional Registered Nurse . Right from a young age, i always wanted to work with the public to make a positive impact to people's life and that is why i decided to chose a career in health care. I enjoy providing care and treatment to sick people /service users. I pride myself ensuring that those under my care happy and valued. I have vast experience working in different healthcare settings and i believe the skills i have acquired over the years would be extremely useful in providing high standards of care to the clients under my care. After high school, i decided to do a degree in Nursing which i am very proud of this achievement because despite having to work and study simultaneously, i was able to graduate with good grades and became a registered nurse in the United kingdom for many years and I am know a RN in the United States I would love to work for a friendly family and i promise that if i am given the opportunity, i would not let you down.

Being a caregiver fulfills me due to my naturally caring nature to want to help others. I took care of my grandfather who was in a wheelchair for the last 20 years of his life. My grandfather needed assistance cleaning and grocery shopping. What was more important than anything was..just sitting with him and talking to him and listening. When I wasn't running errands or taking him to his doctors appointments, we would get his favorite food and just watch a movie. Caregiving is awesome and family needs to feel happy and secure their loved one is being well taken care of at all times!

Miss Roberts as I come. As some things I share with you as an independent growing individual i'm also working on becoming better person each day. Im loving and caring and always taking others feeling into consideration. Firstly i'm great at any task I set to accomplish. Each job you gain it's starts within yourself you can make a job but you can't be a job. I have successfully completed a training program and state examination at Morning Star Academy-School of Allied Health in Rockville, MD in 2012. Outside of homecare, my hobbies include taking care of my 3 yo son, practicing special effects makeup, painting and drawing. Previously, I worked in long-term care facilities located in Virginia. I have been working in homecare consistently since 2015. My experience in homecare has been rewarding and less stressful. I love working closely with families and clients to make sure their care and companionship needs are met. I am able to adapt quickly to different working environments. I firmly believe in providing compassionate care to enhance the quality of life for an individual. As a former employee of Snakemans Tattoo Studio I learned the importance of sterilization, blood borne pathogen safety, and customer service. I also learned the value of communication, critical thinking skills, time management, and teamwork while working as a CNA at Golden Living Center and Shenandoah Valley Westminster Canterbury (SVWC).
