I am an outgoing person that loves to help and take care of people. I am a great companion who love do all types of activities including reading, cooking, cleaning, and playing cards or board games. I am also very experienced at bathing, helping with hygiene, and keeping clients on schedules if needed for anything happening in a clients life. I became a care giver because I like helping others. I like that feeling of knowing I am doing something that is beneficial to someone else, and I receive nothing but their satisfaction and smile. What makes me a good care giver is that I have much experience and I have grown up watching my mother take care of others, she worked for an agency where she brought her individuals home over night, not only did I get to watch and learn I got to help as well. I fell in love with taking care of others watching my mother do her job. I have all of my certifications - medical technician, CPR, and First Aid - they are all still good until July of 2016. A personal achievement I am proud of is not only am I there to make sure you're loved one is taken care of, but I like to connect with my individuals on a higher level. I enjoy learning about their life, things they've experienced, what they like and dislike. I have worked with non verbal individuals as well, and wether they are verbal or non verbal I am always able to learn them and see what they prefer. I absolutely love what I do, and I feel as though I would be a great fit for your family.

For many years as a child I cared for ailing grandparent, as I got older the passion for caring only grew. I have many years of experience of caregiving. Truly have a passion, I specialize in Alzheimers and Dementia which I have many years of experience. Easy to train and very hardworking.

I am a very compassionate person, whom believes that everyone deserves some to care about them at every stage of life. I am a mother of 3, a daughter, granddaughter and wife. I cared for my elderly mother until she passed from cancer. I have a very nurturing spirit and I have cared for children all my life so I know that the passion I have for child care will transfer over into caring for seniors. I have a 22-year-old daughter in college who is a nanny and does lots of volunteer work so I guess the nurturing trait just runs in the family!
