I have always loved helping and taking care of people as a child. I realized it was a talent I had when I grew up and I have loved it ! I enjoy putting smiles on people's faces from the help I give them. As a caregiver, I've learned to love and beloved by my patients. They teach me new things each day. I am truly passionate about caring for others, whether it's children or seniors or someone with a disability; it means a lot to me to be able to do so. Over the years I have gained exceptional skills to be able to provide families with care for their loved ones. I am honest and dependable and always on time. I started out in this field at a very young age and have built so many relationships during my journey. What attracted me to patient and client care initially was my genuine love for caring for others and the ability to make a difference. I've become experienced in memory care, dementia care, long term care, hospice, youth care, developmentally disabled care, and general patient care which I did through Michigan Medicine. I am now in nursing school to get my RN degree . I believe I will be an amazing nurse from all of my experiences with families like yours.

I became a C.N.A because I had a family member Who was terminally ill and I know how emotionally taxing it was on me and my loved ones to find a caregiver that showed not just the skill set but the compassion that it took to treat my family like there own. So I keep that in mind on every client that I take. I plan to bring i high skill set along with compassion to every person I encounter because they're not just a client to me they're family.

Am an easy going compassionate person. Caring for my grandmother towards her end life developed my care giving skills and this was what motivated me to go for nursing program. Caring for the elderly and the mentally challenged individuals. Being able to care for my clients, by helping with their day to day activities. Worked more with the elderlies for my first clinicals.And more importantly am proud of being able to go extra mile to put smiles on some of my patients' faces by going extra mile to address their needs.

I feel that my personality traits that help me be a great caregiver would have to be how understanding I am to my clients, being open, I love helping others out and going above and beyond. What attracted me to be a caregiver was when I was younger my parents were always caregivers, so me being around it so much and seeing how much others (not my parents) would mistreat them .. I know that I could never do that and that I could make a positive change in not only the clients life but in the company. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is getting to know my clients, spending time with them and making sure they have everything they need. A personal achievement I am proud of is that no one can say I have made a negative Influence on them. Everyone will say how positive I am, how i'm quick at problem solving.

I have over 15 years of being a Home health Aide. Over the years I have learned many important skills such as; Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, moving from one place to another, toileting and cleaning up afterward. Check vital signs such as blood pressure, respiration and pulse. Monitor a client's physical and mental condition; level of exercise; and how much they are eating, drinking and going to the bathroom. Handle emergencies such as an accident, heart attack or stroke.

I am a caring person, that has been in this field for almost a decade now. I am in college to become a medical assistant. I injoy helping and taking care of others.

I am a great caregiver with experience in rehabilitation and direct-care. I am passionate about helping people and being involved in the community. I find it very gratifying to be a part of that positive-process in which individuals are also thankful for such service. I believe in a support system in which people are able to improve with encouragement of others and benefit of progressing in a patient-care mentality. I advocate for the client in person center care while also providing my advice on options to improve health. Also currently enrolled in college in hopes to attend Medical School or Master's in the medical field. Received Covid Vaccine (2nd dose) on in February 19th.
