My name is Chris Wilson, I was born in New Orleans and lived half of my life in Tampa, Florida, moving here to Michigan to be closer to my fiance Kellie. I've always been a care giver my whole life, it seems. Firstly with my Father and his diabetes then my two younger brothers whenever they needed it. After my Father died in 1996, I took an even larger role in their lives, often making them lunches for school or helping them with homework when needed. I love to cook, build family trees, and to just be a good lean on to whomever needs it. I am a firm believer that everyone needs someone, anyone to be around because no one deserves to be alone.
I became a caregiver because I'm compassionate caring person that likes to help others the I would like someone to help me with their whole heart. Caregiving is something that I'm comfortable with. It is a great feeling to have a person trusting you with their health and well-being. All of my clients are very pleased with my work, I'm a trustworthy person and also very dependable and respectful. I'm not afraid of 12 shifts I'm a 38yr old single mother of three 6 yr old,11yr old an 22yr old we lost their father March of this year to cancer which I was the caregiver to him which took me off work to care for him

I am a 45 yr old mother of 3. I have been in the medical field for over 25 yrs. I have worked in doctors offices, from pediatrics, internal medicine, to obgyn. I have also worked in the ER, both regular ER and Pediatric ER. I have worked in ICU with critical patients, and hospice patients. I have done some home care with an ALS patient and a patient with Dementia. I am a very caring and compassionate person. My main goal when I am working is the comfort of my patients. I am flexible when it comes to the type of patient or the age of the patient that I am caring for. I am very good at multitasking and prioritizing.
I am a person who is very caring, dependable and patient. I enjoy helping others reach goals and do things that they normally can't do on their own. The relief of knowing that you have a caregiver that genuinely cares about your loved ones and don't mind doing my job is why I became a caregiver.

1.I became a caregiver because my grandmother and great grandmother were becoming sick and could no longer perform daily activities by themselves. 2.I really enjoy the relationships that I build with my clients. Everyone that I have met is very sweet with beautiful personalities! 3.A personal achievement that I am very proud of was becoming a honor student at my school, I am currently finishing up my Medical Assistant program and as of this month I am the valedictorian of my class. 4. I absoloutely love helping others and building relationships with clients. I have a passion for being a caregiver. As i mentioned before I have family members that I assist with daily and I cherish each moment of it. I can honestly say that i am also a life coach. Rather its helping someone with a daily task such as a household chore or encouraging one not to give up on a short term goal.

Connection with the heart is my motto... I have work in the medical field for many years .. i have had the experience with the doctors office , n hospital.. while working in a patients home ,, its different.. it makes u feel wanted n appreciated for that one individual whom you are giving your time and attention to..that one individual u help every day until the end. I have find myself to believe that patients is probably one of the key to handling yourself as a good caregiver. Being a good caregiver is just what it is.. someone that gives them a helping hand, supporter, communicator n a confidant if needed..I am a highly motivated individual who trust and believe in caring and helping people of all race and color.
