I love this job because I love to take care of elderly people and I have been doing it for a long time. These people are very amazing with great experience and I treat them with dignity and respect . I am a person with passion and I take my job seriously to assist my clients with their daily needs. I also play a major roll when it comes to team work . I'm a great caregiver because of my ability to provide basic daily living services to my clients/residents with great respect of their rights and proper communication skills with clients with diverse disabilities. I always make sure to follow my clients/residents care plan or mindful instructions from my supervisor in providing the right cares at the right time. I became a caregiver because I had friends with some physical disabilities that I couldn't just standby without helping. Helping my friends helps me build a great passion and feelings that helping people with disabilities and old age folks is a right contribution to the society. I like being a caregiver because it gives me a positive attitude and thinking about my fellow human being regardless of their physical appearance,religion,sex,age, and nationality.
