Hi, I have a lot of experience with being a caregiver for the elderly. I have worked with hospice clients and also dementia clients. I have even worked with just assisted living clients helping with basic cares. I am very passionate about being a care taker. I am pursuing a degree in nursing. I have always loved knowing that someone's loved one is being taken care of. To me it's nice to be able to provide that break for the family so they can be family and not the caregiver. I love being able to communicate with family and the client. Also, I love the bond that it all comes with. You truly make a one on one bond with the client and it's nice to get to know not only the client but family as well. I foresee myself being in healthcare for a long time as it's my passion. I would enjoy being the person you pick to take care of your loved one. I'm more than willing to answer any questions that anyone has

Although i have the accent of my speaking language caused i came from Philippines, But I can assure that i can work , and can be trusted . I been c.n.a for 17yr and I love doing this kind of work. One thing I can say is dis is my career of choice. I love take care of ealdy people.the most thing I like about my job is the smile I put on my residents face. I'm proud of when I come into work and my residents are so excited to see me. I been c.n.a for 17yr and out them 17yr have not working with ealdy people. I also have my t.m.a license.

I became a caregiver because it was my calling. The people that I take care of. Earning my Certificate of Nursing Assistant. I worked as a CNA at Mayo Clinic Charter House Retirement Living home for 6 years and enjoy doing what I love doing.

I've always had a soft spot for children and the elderly. I was nine when my brother was born with Cerebral Palsy and as a result became one of his primary caretakers in every aspect. At the same time my grandparents were aging and they needed care as well. I learned a great deal watching my parents tend to their daily needs and the joy and comfort expressed between them was priceless. So when my Dad was diagnosed with cancer and my Mom with Alzheimer's it was natural for me to move home and take care of both of them until they passed. I've also been a nanny and enjoyed that immensely. Over a year ago I received my CNA certification and proceeded to work at a memory care facility in the area, however I realized I was much better at one on one with people so I could really concentrate on their specific needs. After leaving there I have continued to nanny. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to know and care for so many people that have crossed my path so far in this life and desire to help other families as well.
