A personal achievement I am proud of is my daughter was born with a heart defect and she had two open heart surgeries I was scared didn't know how I was going to get thru that but I did an I became a full time single mother I made sure she took her medicines on time which was three different meds two times a day made sure she was in a clean environment , she had a lot of doctors appointments we never missed one.
