My personal achievement that I am proud of was to see a great change in the individuals I have worked with. For example, I have been able to assist an individual who was thought not capable of doing anything for himself, learn to dress himself and use the restroom instead of soiling himself. Helping another individual learn to cook simple meals. I enjoy to see the happy smiles of my individuals whenever they achieve a goal, happy smiles when they feel well taken care of and safe. I also like to engage the individuals with fun activities depending on their abilities and what they enjoy to do.
