I have always wanted to be a nurse/ caregiver and a teacher. I have accomplished being a teacher assistant and now I want to do the same as a nurse or caregiver. I enjoy helping others and making them feel comfortable and safe while doing so.

My heart is happy knowing that I'm the reason someone is smiling and enjoying these last moments of life. I'm passionate about the care I give, I go above and beyond to make sure my clients are comfortable and satisfied. My clients needs are my number one concern. When I decided to become a caregiver it was only a job. I have been a CNA for 16 years now and couldn't see myself doing anything different it's pure joy to me and I believe that God called me to be a caregiver. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients face light up to see me knowing I am going to give them the best care possible

I have 14 years of nursing experience and have worked in a variety of nursing settings including skilled nursing, call center, home health, rehab, and acute care. I am dedicated, hard-working, and have a strong work ethic. I did take time off from nursing to raise my family, which I felt was the priority for my family. Since a return to the work force, I have dedicated myself to providing the best patient care and worked hard to utilize my talents and strengths. I think that my vast experiences in nursing and strong dedication and integrity make me a good option to care for you or your loved one. I like structure but I can adapt to most environments. I also prefer to know the rules and regulations and be part of a team that strives to uphold those rules and regulations. Hello my name is Rebecca Allen. I love helping people, especially senior citizens. I am punctual, reliable, friendly, loving, trustworthy, patient and a seasoned caregiver. I got started caring for the elderly in my early 20s when I worked at an assisted living facility. I got my Nursing Assistant/ Home Health Aid certification in 1989. Last year I took the class again in order to update my skills. I have been told by my patients that I am the best caregiver they have ever had. What makes me feel good at the end of a day at work is that I have made someone's life more comfortable and that I have loved well! I look forward to talking to you and meeting your loved one. I find myself a great caregiver because I am patient and very understanding. I have a unique bond with people that will not only help them build strength but make them feel good about themselves again in there time of need. I became a caregiver because my grandfather suffered from cancer and I had to help him gain strength to continue medical treatments beyond my help. I love being able to bring a spark of hope and joy back to families who need there loved ones taken care of. The most thing I can say I am proud of is finding a passion in this work beyond what others have proclaimed it to be.
