1. I became a caregiver because I love helping people. I realized that after becoming the primary sole caregiver to my terminally ill sister, I realize that this profession is my calling in life. 2. I have been a caregiver since I was 16 years old. I used to take care of my two younger siblings and my paternal grandmother. So I haven been a caregiver and will like to continue doing the same with the same spirit. As a caregiver, I like helping people who are in need to the best of my ability and when the person needing help is happy with my care I feel happy too. Personal achievement that I am proud of is saving somebody's life who needed a blood transfusion which I was a donor. I'm married, a father of two kids, a nursing student. I'm a licensed CNA for 5+ years with experience in psychiatric hospitals, medical (Wakemed and Rex) and homecare. I'm currently working in the healthcare industry and will continue to work in the same industry for the days to come.
