I became a caregiver because at 17 I started taking care of my god mother she went into a nursing home and was never herself after that I learned to do a colostomy bag and insulin. I also started transferring from bed to the pop I changed her, cleaned her fed her ect. I have grown to love what I do and now I've been in this field for 15 years. I recently got certified as a CNA and CNA2 I'm also registered. I'm also certified as a medication aid and phlebotomist, and EKG but not yet registered

I also cooked and cleaned for them. I also made sure he was taking his medication. I help him with bathing.I help with dressing. I also helped with feeding him.I also do some community work.
