My support can include helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light tidying of the client's area, running errands, going along to doctor's appointments, and being a pleasant, steady presence in the home. I also know that sometimes a person needs more than physical help. They may need good company, patience, kind conversation, and someone who helps the day feel easier and more enjoyable. I truly enjoy giving that kind of support. I also understand the importance of watching carefully and communicating well. Families want to know that their loved one is being treated with dignity and proper care. I believe in being reliable, keeping clear notes, and making sure the family has peace of mind. Trust means a great deal in this kind of work. One of the things I am most proud of is being known as dependable and trustworthy. I come to work on time, stay focused, and give my best effort. I want families to feel comfortable knowing that the person in their home is someone who will carry herself with professionalism, kindness, and good judgment. My goal is to provide high-quality support that helps each person keep as much independence, comfort, and dignity as possible.

I became a CNA because i like the fact that i can help people who are unable to help themselves. What I like most about being a CNA is knowing that i am doing my job for a good cause and helping someone who may not be capable of fully helping themself. To make another indivdual happy makes me happy, and To feel like I gave my best to care for a person who needs help brings me great pride.A personal achievement that i am proud of is getting through the steps of becoming a CNA, the desire i have to help others is so strong i just knew that if i had my mind set on achiving the goal in helping people that i was going to do it, and after achieving that goal I was filled with joy and accomplishment.
