My name is Flor Chavez I use to work at a local hospital but decided I liked spending one on one time with my patients to better know them as well as better help them with their needs. I enjoy being involved with my patients hobbies such as gardening. I have always been proud of how happy my clients are with my care I provide to them.

I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant with the State of North Carolina for 9 years. My certification is current. I am also BLS/CPR certified which is also current. I have worked in long term care settings as well as assisted living. I am very passionate about what I do. I love helping people and taking care of them when they can no longer care for themselves. I became a caregiver after taking care of my son's grandmother, I seen how strong the need was for CNA's doing in home&nursing homes I love taking care of people&helping people and why not do something I love&help people

I became a caregiver because I have always loved the medical field and also helping people. It is the most fulfilling job to have. I put my whole heart into taking care of not only their needs but I am their friend as well. Someone who they can always trust. I don't just like being a caregiver, I absolutely love it. To be able to help someone and care for them the way they truly need to be is the best feeling in the world. I am most proud of my care giving job at the moment. I take care of a paralyzed man. I have been trained as a CNA on the job but I don't have my certification, however also do housework. Feed him. Bathe him. Get him in and out of bed. I do everything he needs. This job humbles me daily for him to be so happy in his condition. I have taken up quickly and learnt a lot. That's my proudest accomplishment. One thing about me, very hard worker with the biggest heart you'll ever meet. I put everything into making sure he is taken care of, and happy. I always knew this was the field I was called to be in. I truly care about my patients, they are like family to me. I am a very attentive person, and love for them to always look their best.

Hi, my name is Savannah I am 19 years old and a Hendersonville High School graduate. I have had my CNA1 certification for a year and have almost 6 months experience. I became a caregiver because I enjoy helping people and making the world an easier place to live in. I obtained my certification through the allied health program in high school. This is a two year long program. My first year I received the allied health most improved student award for 2012.
