I'm a compassionate, empathetic,caring person that enjoys helping others. I've been a care professional since 1999 and have worked in all levels of healthcare from nursing homes, to in home care, to rehabilitation centers. I've also attending training for Medical Assistant and have my certification of completion. I've worked with people that suffered from all ailments from dementia, Alzheimer's, COPD, to memory disorders to name a few. The achievement that I'm most proud of would be returning back to school and completing my Associates in Science degree, and getting accepted into Temple for my Bachelor's in Science.

I just finished my nurse aide class at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College with an A average. I received my Masters of Education degree in 2021 with a specialization in early childhood education. Since 2014 I have held numerous roles working with children and the elderly. These roles have ranged from after school counselor/site director, lead teacher, behavior technician, online ESL teacher, Direct Support Professional, Home Health Aide, Temporary Nurse Aide, Care Pro, Care Manager, Care Associate and Nurse Aide. I am able to assist you by way of caring for your loved one when needed. In addition, my additional background as an Alzheimer's Association Community Educator adds to the whole person care approach. My schedule varies and may not currently correspond with your needs however I am flexible but if you are in need of time away to run errands, a date night or a maybe just a break I will be there. I became a caregiver to make a difference in lives of the people I cared for. What I do like about being a caregiver, I enjoy talking and listening to them tell stories about their lives when they were young. In 2005, I completed my evaluation exam to become a Certified Nurse's Aide. I am a very compassionate person with over 10 years experience working as a private, live-in caregiver. I take pride in all that I do.

I love doing what I do and care deeply about the effect I have on others I am caring for. I have a versatile personality that enables me to get along with various clients. My main focus is to make my clients' lives a little easier, to built trust, provide encouragement, companionship and quality care. I basically treat others how I would want to be treated. I become a caregiver to help the elderly and help them with their wants and needs. I like being a caregiver because it feels good knowing that I made someones day, making sure they are comfortable and happy. My overall personal achievement that I'm proud of is that everytime I work with the elderly I satisfy them, I put a smile on their faces.
